3D printing ceramic & metal filaments
3D Matters provides 3D printing ceramic & metal filaments. We also supply all the hardware to print complex geometries in these hard-wearing materials.
Such high quality filaments are composed of polymer binders with a high content of ceramic or metal particles. The filament carries these particles through the 3D print enabling difficult shapes to be formed in these materials.
Currently there a number of 3D print ceramic filaments available. These include; White Zirconia, Black Zirconia and Alumina. More recently we have added Silicon Carbide filament to the range. There are also a number of 3D print metal filaments available. These include; copper, stainless steel and tool steel filaments.
With further 3D printer filaments in development; including, silicon nitride, tungsten/cobalt carbide and titanium filaments.

Making material and technology accessible to all
Parts are processed quickly and easily. This means that virtually any person in your organisation can create ceramic and metal parts. Following some basic training all people in your organisation will be able to print parts.
We provide everything you will need. The system includes; filaments, a 3D printer, de-binding equipment and a furnace for sintering. As a result material density of over 99% can be achieved. Moreover these parts have the same material properties as parts made using traditional methods.
