Dual Extruder 3D printing allows for the user to combine colours and materials onto a single 3D print platform. With the Hydra 21 you have the option of dual extruders. Actually up to an amazing number of ten extruders! In fact the printer combines a variety of printheads or tools on one platform. Here, Fused filament fusion is used to produce moulds and fluid dispensing via a pneumatic fluid dispensing system (Ultimus V, Nordson EFD) with actuated disposable Luer-tipped syringes all in one system.
